Frequently asked questions

When does our membership begin and end?

The day you join is your “anniversary date” no matter what day of the month or time of year you join. Your membership is renewed each year on your anniversary date.

Does the membership auto renew?

Yes it does, but you will be notified prior to the renewal date so that you have the ability to cancel your membership.

What if we don’t have the ability to pay via credit card?

If you’d like, we can send you an invoice and you can then pay via check or other means.

What if we need more logins?

You can always add more logins to your membership. The cost is $50 per additional login.

Who manages the logins?

You do! We provide a video tutorial on how to assign logins. It’s actually very easy. And if you want to revoke one, or move one, it’s easy for you to do through the Membership portal.

How will we know if our “partners,” that have logins, are using the resources available to them?

The Membership site has reporting functions that can show you what resources each login used, when they were used, and can even send them reminders to keep them moving forward!

When we develop our own Action Plan, following the instructions in the Action Plan Center, what other resources will we need?

Good question! We recommend that a person be dedicated one or two days a week, over a 12 to 16-week period, to actually developing the Action Plan, working with your local team. You will also need to haver your graphic design or marketing team on-board since the process includes the “look and feel” of your brand, it’s messaging, and how it’s marketed.
